What's your standard shipping times?

Processing time: Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days.

Shipping time: Standard International Shipping takes 6–12 business days depending on your location.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from France with care, using Colissimo International (La Poste).

Can I return or exchange my item?

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms are non-returnable unless defective.

International orders:

Returns from outside the EU may be subject to additional customs fees, which are the responsibility of the sender.
